Terms of Service

Last updated: 16 April 2026

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using PaymentPulse, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

PaymentPulse is a Stripe subscription billing service operated by Interlink Digital Group Limited. It provides hosted checkout sessions, customer portal access, webhook processing, and subscription management via a REST API. PaymentPulse acts as an intermediary between your application and Stripe.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. You must not share API keys or allow unauthorised access to your account. You must notify us immediately of any security breach.

4. Stripe Integration

PaymentPulse integrates with Stripe to process payments. By using our service, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. You are responsible for maintaining a valid Stripe account and complying with Stripe's acceptable use policies. PaymentPulse does not store credit card numbers โ€” all payment data is handled directly by Stripe.

5. Free & Paid Tiers

PaymentPulse offers a free tier with limited usage. Paid plans provide higher customer limits, additional projects, and premium features. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the customer portal.

6. API Usage

API access is subject to rate limits as specified for your plan. Authenticated requests are limited per project; unauthenticated requests are limited per IP address. Exceeding rate limits will result in temporary throttling. Automated scraping of the website (as opposed to using the API) is prohibited.

7. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all customer data you process through PaymentPulse. We store and process it solely to provide the service. You may export your data at any time via the API. If you delete your account, we will remove your data within 30 days.

8. Prohibited Use

You must not use PaymentPulse to:

  • Process payments for illegal goods or services
  • Violate Stripe's acceptable use policy
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures
  • Interfere with the operation of the service
  • Resell API access without written permission

9. Intellectual Property

The PaymentPulse platform, design, and code are the intellectual property of Interlink Digital Group Limited. PaymentPulse is part of the Pulse product family.

10. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by Stripe, hosting providers, or circumstances beyond our control.

11. Limitation of Liability

PaymentPulse is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to lost revenue, failed transactions, or data loss.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. You may close your account at any time through the dashboard settings. Upon termination, your API keys will be revoked and your data will be deleted within 30 days.

13. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
